I’ve forgotten my password If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click ‘Forgot password?’ and the system will guide you through steps to restore your access. Please also note that the system is case-sensitive.
I’ve forgotten my email address If you’ve forgotten your username/email address, it will be the email address you used to register your sponsorship with Compassion. Try clicking ‘Forgot username?’ in the first instance. Once you have logged in, please visit the ‘Account Details’ page in myCompassion to change your login details to something personal and memorable.
I still can’t log in If this doesn’t work and you’re unsure of the email address you registered with, please get in touch with our friendly team and they can help reset your account.
